We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.

If you need to cancel your booking more than three months before the scheduled event date, we will provide a full refund.

However, if you cancel less than three months before the event date, we are unable to offer a refund due to the advanced preparations and resources allocated to ensure the success of your event.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved for a refund, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
